ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

GLC Holiday Youth Convention is designed to be an impactful and engaging youth conference. Leading with Experience, Relationship and pure Discipleship. It exist not only to pour life into students, but also student pastors and leaders!

We do this through authentic worship, preaching, split sessions and true devotion time and community with one another.

Our goal is that every student and leader walks away refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take the gospel back to their homes and communities.

Tyler Watson

Tyler has been the Associate Pastor of Youth & Family Ministry for Celina First Church of God since October of 2017. He married his Wife, Brook, in the summer of 2013. Together they have had three children, Maddix, Nayvie, & Tate. Tyler is originally from Arkansas, where he also earned his degree from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Tyler is the author of Hurt But Not Broken, a book where he shares about his difficult childhood and the hope he has found through Christ. Although he was born and raised in Arkansas, he is a true BUCKEYE fan! He enjoys working with youth, playing basketball and just being active in the community.

Brandon Kelly

Brandon Kelly is the Lead Pastor at College First Church of God. He previously served Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Benton Ridge, Ohio; initially as the Director of Discipleship and Worship Arts and then as Senior Pastor. Most recently he worked for the Churches of God, General Conference office as the Director of Transformational Ministries and as the Director of Strategy and Leadership Development. Brandon is led by, and obedient to, the Holy Spirit. He believes that we are all called to be apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, or teachers. He is a visionary leader seeking to reach out to a new generation while embracing and nurturing the existing College First family. Brandon and his wife Ellen have three children, Jack (Jackson-7yrs), Fin (Fintan-5yrs), and Poppy (Penelope-2yr). They also have a boxer-beagle mix dog named Brimley

Micah Beckwith

Micah Beckwith is the Campus Pastor at Life Church in central Indiana and is the Sing Love Worship Ministry's founder and CEO. Micah has been in student worship ministry for over 16 years and is passionate about training and equipping the next generation of Spirit-filled worship leaders. Micah also has a heart for American governance and is actively engaged in politics at both the state and federal levels. In 2020 Micah was one of the 15 candidates in the hotly contested Indiana 5th District Republican US Congressional primary race. As a bold, outspoken conservative and Constitutional historian, Micah has a strong desire to see the United States return to its roots of Biblical foundations and Godly governance. Micah and his wife Susan live in Noblesville, Indiana with their two children Brody and Savannah, and their Boxer puppy, Max.

Chris Vanderveen

Chris VanderVeen grew up traveling and singing professionally with his family as part of a traveling music ministry. He studied world religions and electrical engineering at Great Lakes Christian College. Chris has 23 years of Ministry experience in many positions throughout the Church. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Great Lakes Youth & Family Camp Board in addition to his ministries at Seville Community Church of God. Chris is literally a jack of all trades and serves Jesus with his whole heart

Bob Fall

Pastor Bob Fall serves as the lead pastor at Seville Community Church of God. Before answering this call, Bob was a successful leader in the construction equipment industry and military. He has an extensive background in business and leadership development within the marketplace and the church. The secret to his success has always been investing in people. He married his high school sweetheart and together they have three teenage daughters who are very active in their community. Bob is passionate about developing young leaders for the kingdom

Ben Swartz

After a 2,000 mile canoe trip from Ohio to the Gulf of Mexico, Ben began to believe that anything is possible. Ben has traveled the world and experienced the power of God manifest in the large events that he speaks at. Ben is passionate to see the Body of Christ dream again. He believes that if the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives inside of us, then our lives should look different in every way. His favorite quote is “Everyone dies but not many truly live.” His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 19:26,”.... with man this is impossible but with God anything is possible.”
